Position Overview
As a Social Media Manager at Domino’s, you will play a critical role in shaping our brand’s online presence, connecting with our audience, and strategizing digital campaigns that drive business results. Collaborating with cross-functional teams and reporting to the Head of Digital Marketing, you will be instrumental in building a brand loyalty that translates into enhanced customer experiences and increased market share.
Key Responsibilities
- Content Strategy & Creation: Develop a comprehensive social media content strategy aligned with our company’s marketing goals. Create engaging and shareable content that resonates with our audience across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and TikTok.
- Community Engagement: Foster community relations by responding to comments, messages, and reviews, thereby enhancing customer relationships and promoting brand loyalty.
- Campaign Management: Plan and execute social media campaigns, promotional events, and product launches, ensuring all content is on-brand and strategically executed.
- Analytics & Reporting: Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of social media channels, campaigns, and strategies using tools like Google Analytics and built-in social media insights.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team, creative departments, and external partners to align social media efforts with overarching marketing initiatives.
- Trend Monitoring: Stay updated on industry trends, discover new digital avenues, and assess competitor activity to continually enhance our social media strategy.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- 4-6 years of proven experience in social media management, preferably in a corporate or agency setting.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, their respective participants, and how each platform can be deployed in different scenarios.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative ideas tailored to our audience.
- Experience with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) and design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
- Proficient in data analytics and able to interpret metrics to drive decision-making and improve social strategies.
